Maxwell & Williams guarantee this product to be free of material and manufacturing defects for 25 years under normal domestic use. Damage caused by misuse or abuse is not covered by this guarantee. Maxwell & Williams will at its discretion, repair or replace at no charge unsatisfactory products which are deemed faulty under this guarantee.

Your Maxwell & Williams salt and pepper mill contains the finest quality materials to ensure durability and reliability. We are so confident of the quality of our mills that your mill is guaranteed for 5 years. Maxwell & Williams guarantee this product to be free of material and manufacturing defects for 5 years under normal domestic use. Damage caused by misuse or abuse is not covered by this guarantee. Maxwell & Williams will at its discretion, repair or replace at no charge unsatisfactory products which are deemed faulty under this guarantee.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
