Dispatch Timeframes:

During normal trading conditions, estimated delivery times are:

  • Melbourne: 2 Business Days
  • Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart, Canberra: 3-4 Business Days
  • Perth, Darwin: 5-6 Business Days
  • Rural or Remote: Up to 8 Business Days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only. While our carrier endeavours to meet these delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to high parcel volumes or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates:

  • We offer a $10 flat rate for standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide, and free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Delivery Process:

  • Signature on delivery is required. Please ensure someone is available at the nominated delivery address to accept the parcel. If no one is available, a ‘missed delivery notice’ will be left with instructions for collection from your local Post Office. Parcels uncollected after 10 business days will be returned to sender.
  • If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, you may contact Australia Post directly to provide an Authority to Leave (ATL). Please note that selecting ATL will void your warranty and neither Maxwell & Williams nor the courier can be held liable for any loss, theft or damage once the parcel has been delivered.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your parcel has been received by the courier, you will receive an email or text with your tracking details and instructions on how to monitor your delivery.
