Returns

At Maxwell & Williams, we pride ourselves on making your shopping experience as easy as possible. If you'd like to return an item or something is not what you expected please get in contact with our customer service team. Below you will find an overview of our returns procedure:


Returned Products

If you are not happy with a product you purchased from us, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the product is unopened, unused, in the original packaging and with the labelling intact.

We will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less the initial and return delivery fees once the returned item has been received.

For all returns, the procedure is as follows:

  1. Contact us to advise the reason for the return.
  2. If the return is accepted, we will send/email you a Return Authority number as well as the return delivery address.
  3. Please place the product in a shipping package of appropriate size and put the return address on the outside, along with the Return Authority number.
  4. If you wish for us to organise the return postage we will happily assist, and deduct the cost of shipping from your refund

Faulty or Broken Products

If the product you purchased from us is faulty or arrives damaged, we will issue you a replacement.

For all faulty products or breakages, the procedure is a follows:

  1. Contact us with a detailed description of the faulty or broken item. We may ask you to supply photos of the faulty item if necessary.
  2. If the faulty item is accepted for return, we will send/email you a Return Authority number as well as the return delivery address.
  3. Please place the product in a shipping package of appropriate size and put the return address on the outside, along with the Return Authority number.
  4. We will send you a link to an online freight booking service so you can arrange a courier to pick the product at our expense.
